My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho[Nine-Tailed Fox] (2010)
Grade: B+16 Episodes
Cha Dae Woong is a college student who wants to one day be an action star. While visiting an old shrine, he accidentally releases a fox demon from an enchanted painting. He takes a fatal fall, but the gumiho takes pity on him and gives him her “fox bead,” a magical object that keeps him alive long enough for his body to heal. The bead is also the means whereby she can become human, so she sticks close and they strike up a deal: he will keep her bead for one hundred days and then return it to her so she can become human. He feeds her all the meat she wants, names her Mi Ho, and they start to have feelings for each other. What they don't know is the cost of this deal: Dae Woong's life.
*I
didn't write this review until months after watching this; I think I
liked it, especially the nine-tailed fox lore (think Naruto), and
it's definitely one of the more original dramas (gotta love that
supernatural touch). From what I remember, I'd watch it again.*
