200 Pounds Beauty (2006)

 Hannah, a fat girl, has a job as a ghost singer for a pop star and has feelings for the producer. She has few friends and is ridiculed for her size, so she decides to get extreme plastic surgery and come back a year later as Jenny. Since she already had the beautiful voice, she soon becomes a singer in her own right. Her former identity is revealed, but the crowd cheers for her anyway.

*I wouldn't watch this again. Not that great of writing, and the message of true beauty is fuddled.*
