Go Eun Sung lives with her autistic brother Eun Woo, her successful father, Pyung Joong, plus step mother Sung Hee and step sister Seung Mi. Unfortunately the father's business is on the brink of bankruptcy, he is mugged one night, and the mugger – with the father's wedding ring on and wallet with ID in his pocket - dies in a random explosion. Sung Hee then viciously kicks Eun Sung and Eun Woo out of the house. A friend takes Eun Sung in, but the friend's boyfriend loses Eun Woo, and Eun Sung ends up selling dumplings on the street. This is where she meets Sook Ja, a self-made businesswoman who dresses up as a street vendor to clear her head about what to do with her spoiled grandchildren. Sook Ja has an accident, temporarily loses her memory, and Eun Sung takes her in, even though she herself is virtually penniless. Because of Eun Sung's selfless act, the grandma decides to give her inheritance to Eun Sung, much to everyone else's dismay. 
 
*This was a bit too much negative drama for me. I liked the main actors just fine, as well as the music and pace, but too much bad came from the evil stepmother. Pitiful creature. Probably won't watch again.*
